Returns
We strive to provide a smooth and transparent process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the details below:
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To expedite resolution, we may request photographs of the issue.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Once the issue is verified, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note: we cannot accept returns or issue replacements for items damaged due to improper use or installation.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement free of charge, including all shipping costs. Photographic proof may be requested to confirm the error.
General Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. For EU customers, this period extends to 14 days from receipt under the EU cooling-off period.
Eligibility:
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with tags, and in original packaging.
Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, perishable goods, and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.

Contact us to initiate your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
UK Exchanges: We’ll cover postage costs to send your exchanged item.

Refunds
